Workday Functional / Architect
**Location:Menlo ,PArk
**Role:** Workday Functional / Architect
**Key Requirements:**
* Strong Workday experience in **Core HCM, Time & Absence, and/or Payroll**.
* Hands-on configuration of **Hire, Onboarding, Change Job, Termination, Notifications & Alerts**.
* Experience with **Workday Drive, Docs, Letter Templates, Questionnaires, Surveys, and Reference Letters**.
* Strong Workday Reporting experience: **Advanced, Matrix, and Composite Reports**.
* Knowledge of **Workday Security** including roles, domains, and business process security.
* Candidates with expert **Time & Absence or Payroll** and moderate Core HCM experience can be considered.
* Must have **L1/L1.5 technical understanding** of integrations, ticket/integration failures, troubleshooting, and RCA.
* For integration-focused work, candidates should have **relevant project-specific integration experience**, not just generic integration knowledge.
